Glance Go AI Limited

Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Glance Go AI Limited handles personal data in connection with its website, business enquiries, services, and payments where applicable.

Version date: 27 October 2026

1. Who we are and when this notice applies

Glance Go AI Limited (Chinese registered name: 觀行智慧有限公司; Business Registration Number: 79445380), trading as Glance Go AI (we, us or our), is the data user responsible for the personal data it controls under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

This notice covers visitors to our website, people who contact us, and individual customers or representatives of business customers. Separate notices or contractual arrangements may apply to a particular software product or project; we will provide them where relevant. Browsing this website does not itself constitute consent to direct marketing or unrelated uses of personal data.

2. Personal data we collect

Enquiries and service communications: your name, email address, organisation, role, telephone number if provided, and the messages, attachments and project details you choose to share. We may also keep relevant correspondence, quotations, contracts and billing information when providing services.

Payments, where applicable: information supplied by you or made available to us by a payment or acquiring provider, such as an order or transaction reference, amount, currency, date, payment status, payer identifier or name where disclosed, and records needed for reconciliation or refunds. The information available depends on the payment channel.

Website operation: hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, access times and error or security logs to deliver and protect the website. Our website also stores your selected language locally in your browser.

3. Why we use data and your choices

We use necessary personal data to respond to enquiries, discuss requirements, prepare quotations, arrange and deliver agreed services, communicate about projects, and manage the customer relationship. Where payments are enabled, we also use necessary records to confirm payments, reconcile accounts, process refunds and resolve transaction enquiries.

We may process relevant data to maintain website security, investigate suspected misuse, handle complaints and disputes, comply with accounting or other legal obligations, and establish or defend legal rights.

Providing information in an enquiry is voluntary. If you do not provide sufficient contact or request details, we may be unable to reply or deliver the requested service. Necessary contractual, billing or payment details may be required to complete a transaction; we will explain applicable requirements when relevant.

Please only provide information needed for your enquiry or service. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive material through an ordinary enquiry email. If you share another person’s data, ensure you are authorised to do so and give them the relevant information about its use.

4. Website contact and browser storage

The website currently provides an email address and email links; it does not offer an active enquiry submission form or online checkout. Selecting an email link opens your chosen email service or application. We receive your message only when you send it.

We use browser local storage to remember your language preference. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings; doing so resets the saved preference. As at the version date of this notice, this website does not use advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics. Hosting and security services may process technical logs or use storage necessary to deliver and protect the website; those operational records are distinct from advertising tracking and audience analytics.

If we introduce enquiry forms, analytics or additional tracking, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide any required notice or choice before collection.

5. Payments and independent payment providers

If and when we activate payment channels such as WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay or AlipayHK, payments will be processed through the relevant authorised payment service or acquiring provider. This notice does not indicate that any particular payment channel is currently available.

We do not request your payment password, one-time verification code or full card details through this website. Our Payment & Transaction Notice explains in detail how information for payment confirmation, reconciliation, refunds and transaction enquiries is handled. Information we submit as a merchant applicant is governed by the relevant institution’s application notices, rather than this customer-facing notice.

6. Disclosure and processing outside Hong Kong

We may disclose only the data needed for the purposes described above to service providers supporting website hosting, security, email or IT operations; payment and acquiring providers or banks for relevant transactions; and professional advisers such as accountants or legal advisers where necessary. We may also disclose information to authorities or other parties where required or permitted by applicable law in the relevant circumstances.

Some providers may process or store data outside Hong Kong. Where we engage a processor to handle data on our behalf, we will use contractual or other practicable measures to address confidentiality, security, retention and permitted use, including where processing occurs outside Hong Kong.

We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their direct marketing. Independent payment providers may use information for their own regulatory and service purposes as described in their notices.

7. Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for its purpose and applicable obligations. Enquiry records are kept for the enquiry and necessary follow-up; customer and transaction records are kept for service administration, accounting, legal obligations and relevant claims or disputes. These factors determine the applicable retention period.

We will review retained information and take practicable steps to delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements and the operation of backups.

We will take practicable steps appropriate to the nature of the data to protect it against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, loss, erasure or use, including restricting access to people who need it and applying suitable account and service-provider controls. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Where a data incident occurs, we will assess it, take appropriate remedial action and make any notifications required by applicable law.

8. Direct marketing

We do not automatically subscribe people who enquire or pay for services to marketing communications. If we later propose to use personal data for direct marketing, we will separately explain the data, marketing subjects and intended use, and obtain the consent required by law. You can ask us to stop direct marketing at any time without charge.

9. Your rights and how to contact us

Under applicable Hong Kong law, you may request access to personal data we hold about you and correction of inaccurate data. You may also ask us to review whether information remains necessary and request its deletion; deletion may be limited by legal retention requirements or ongoing claims. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it, subject to applicable law.

Send privacy enquiries, complaints, access, correction or deletion requests to our Privacy Contact at contact@glancegoai.com, addressed to Glance Go AI Limited. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may request proportionate identity verification. Any access fee will be limited to what the law permits and communicated in advance.

Subject to applicable legal exceptions, we will comply with a data access request within 40 days after receipt, including supplying the relevant data or informing you in writing that we do not hold it. If we cannot fully comply within that period, we will explain the reasons in writing before it expires, comply to the extent possible within that period and complete the request as soon as practicable afterwards. A lawful refusal will be notified in writing with reasons within the applicable period. Correction and other requests will be handled according to their applicable legal requirements.

If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, please contact us first at contact@glancegoai.com.

10. AI tools and customer information

This website does not currently provide an AI chat interface or a facility for uploading information to an AI model. AI-led development does not by itself mean that a visitor’s or customer’s personal data is sent to a model provider.

Where an agreed service would require an external AI tool to process customer personal data, we will first explain the purpose, information involved, provider or relevant recipient category, processing arrangements and any applicable overseas processing. We will review the relevant product terms, account type, data settings, retention and access arrangements, provide any required notice, and obtain any required authorisation or consent before that processing. We will limit the information used and remove identifiers where practicable.

A provider’s treatment of prompts, files and outputs can differ across consumer products, business accounts, APIs, integrations and settings. We do not make a blanket promise in this notice that all information submitted to any AI service is excluded from model training. Any project-specific commitment concerning training must be supported by the agreed service, provider terms and verified settings. Exclusion from training does not necessarily mean that information is not retained, logged or reviewed for security purposes.

11. Updates and language versions

We will update this notice when our data handling or applicable requirements change and display the revised version date on this page. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required before using data for a new purpose.

This notice is available in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, with the same intended meaning. Please contact us if you identify any inconsistency. Nothing in a language version limits rights or obligations under applicable law.
