We are the data user responsible under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) for the payment and transaction information described in this notice.

Our website does not currently offer online checkout or an active payment channel. We will only display a payment method after it has been approved and activated for the relevant business scenario.

When you choose an available payment method for an agreed service, this notice explains how we handle the limited transaction information that we receive. The payment provider also processes information under its own privacy notice and terms.

We may receive transaction information such as an order or transaction reference, amount, currency, payment date, payment status, payer name or identifier where disclosed, and information needed for reconciliation, refunds, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute handling.

We do not ask for your payment password, one-time verification code or full payment-card details by email or through this website.

Transaction information is used to confirm and administer an agreed payment, reconcile accounts, provide customer support, process a valid refund, meet accounting or legal obligations, and resolve a payment dispute. Providing the information required by a selected payment channel is necessary to complete that transaction; if it is not provided, the payment may not be completed.
